The FocusPOD™ is designed to turn a construction site into a professional sales suite in a single shift. While “24-hour install” is a common industry phrase, our process is built around a single, choreographed working day. We drop the POD and complete the white-shell installation of your property marketing suite in a day, ensuring your structure is ready for handover as soon as our team leaves the site.
The installation timeline
The speed of the FocusPOD™ deployment on-site is a result of precision engineering and off-site manufacturing. While the unit may be built over several weeks in a controlled environment, the on-site transformation of your property marketing suite is completed in a single shift:
- 08:00: Arrival on-site. The FocusPOD™ is delivered on two vehicles equipped • with HIAB cranes.
- 09:30: Unloading and positioning. The two individual bays are precision-placed according to the site plan.
- 11:00: Structural joining. The units are connected and made fully watertight.
- 12:30: Internal technical installation. Connection of internal electrics and plumbing begins.
- 14:00: The “White Shell” finish. Final polishing of the interior and removal of protective materials.
- 15:30: Handover. A joint walk-through is conducted, and the installation completion form is signed.
The total duration of the “drop and fit” depends on your specific site setup, but the objective remains consistent: a signed-off, high-specification suite by mid-afternoon.
Planning your launch: Lead times & fit-outs
To achieve a seamless one-day install the site must be prepared in advance. As part of our transparent process, we provide a full delivery specification to ensure your site is ready for the 08:00 arrival. This includes:
- Service provisions: The developer is responsible for bringing primary power, water, and waste connections to the designated FocusPOD™ position.
- Foundation & access: Ensuring a level, hard-standing base is prepared and that there is clear access for our HIAB delivery vehicles to operate safely.
By handling these pre-arrival requirements, you enable our team to focus entirely on the building’s assembly and the high-end internal finish.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
Typical turnaround times for our property marketing suites are 6–8 weeks if a unit is being built from scratch.
What is included in the one-day installation?
The “one-day install” covers the full building structure and our premium white-shell specification. This creates a functional environment that comfortably accommodates up to three salespeople. When we hand over the keys, the following high-end finishes are already in place:
- Architectural Detail: Acoustic Slat Oak wood panels, Dulux Heritage paint finishes, and Polyflor Smokehouse herringbone LVT flooring.
- Fully Fitted Kitchen: Integrated Kenwood appliances (microwave, dishwasher, and fridge).
- Modern Sanitaryware: A private WC featuring Sanceram sanitaryware, wall-hung basins, and black-framed
mirrors.
Do you offer a full interior fit-out?
Yes. While the FocusPOD™ is delivered ready for use as a high-quality “White Shell,” we can also provide a bespoke interior fit-out for your property marketing suite. This includes furniture, loose dressings, and our interactive Digisuite™ solutions. These additional services are priced on request and are typically scheduled following the primary building installation.
Data-Driven Sustainability
For developers focused on environmental reporting, the FocusPOD™ offers a transparent alternative to traditional builds. Our recent Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) provides the data needed for your ESG reporting. The FocusPOD™ has a modelled carbon footprint of 3,960 kg CO₂e per 2-year use period*. By opting for a modular, reusable suite, you are choosing a solution with a calculated and documented environmental footprint that supports informed decision-making for your site’s temporary infrastructure.
Ready for Launch
The FocusPOD™ is built to eliminate the weeks of construction and contractor management usually associated with new property marketing suites. Once the site team completes the final service connections for power, water, and waste, your suite is live. Please note that all primary service provisions (power, water, and waste) are to be provided by the developer.
